Aeromix - A fun, low to moderate session aimed at increasing stamina, strength and suppleness. Suitable for those new to exercise or those who are looking to improve health and wellbeing.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am

Body Conditioning - A mix of aerobics and toning concentrating on legs, bums and tums. It is a full bodywork out suitable for all fitness levels, especially beginners.

QiGong - A form of traditional Chinese mind & body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength and overall health.
Mondays 2pm and Wednesdays at 1:30pm

Zumba™ - When participants see a Zumba™ class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba™ classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Tuesdays at 6.30pm
Fridays at 12pm

Aqua Aerobics - Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for your body. The buoyancy of the water reduces your weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on your muscles and joints. This makes aqua aerobics a good choice of low impact fitness class for those new to exercise, those who can't move easily, and those who want to get fit and lose weight.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.15am - 11am

Skills and Drills - This stage will develop lane etiquette, learning to use equipment such as kickboards/pull buoys/fins, efficient stroke technique (four strokes optional) along with use of the clock. These stages will also introduce basic training programmes to develop fitness and stamina as well as continuing to improve technique. Ideal if you can swim a minimum of 3 strokes and swim lengths but need to build on stamina and comfortably swim 1000m in an hour.

Mondays 8.30pm - 9.30pm

Masters Swimming Sessions - An adult coached class where you will increase fitness and improve your technique under the guidance of an expert. Ideal if you can swim a minimum of 3 strokes with controlled aquatic breathing and comfortably swim 2000m in an hour.
