Community Group Fitness Classes

Check out our fitness time table to see what we have to offer. We also have some wonderful community instructors running classes in the centre and you will find their details below.

Atlantis classes can be booked through the Atlantis booking system, all community classes are booked directly with the instructor, contact details are below.

Aeromix - A fun, low to moderate session aimed at increasing stamina, strength and suppleness. Suitable for those new to exercise or those who are looking to improve health and wellbeing.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am

Body Conditioning - A mix of aerobics and toning concentrating on legs, bums and tums. It is a full bodywork out suitable for all fitness levels, especially beginners.
Tuesdays at 10am

Zumba™ - when participants see a Zumba™ class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba™ classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Fridays at 12pm

Aqua Aerobics - Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for your body. The buoyancy of the water reduces your weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on your muscles and joints. This makes aqua aerobics a good choice of low impact fitness class for those new to exercise, those who can't move easily, and those who want to get fit and lose weight.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Qi Gong- Using gentle exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

Thursdays at 11.45am

Step Power - A 45 minute class working on and off the step with simple moves to great music. A great waty to improve coordination and agility while burning calories.

Tuesdays at 5.30pm

Susannah is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Outdoor Fitness Instructor, Mental Health Exercise Coach and Boxing Coach.

Train with an ex military instructor who will motivate you with high energy and keep you safe by giving alternatives to exercises when required and check your form and technique to reduce risks of injury.
