The innovative POWER MODE SYSTEM (patent pending) ensures a totally smooth and fluid movement, enabling users to focus firstly on increasing and maximising strength and secondly on building power and speed. The special elastic cable used in the Power Mode System counteracts the effect of inertia caused by the weight stack rebound enabling users to perform explosive exercises safely and effectively.
