FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND GOAL SETTING
To assess your level or fitness I can give you a number of fitness tests:
blood pressure measurements, body fat analysis, pulse rate monitoring, aerobic capacity etc. From the information gained I can give you a personalised exercise routine to suit your level of fitness. I will be able to set realistic and achievable goals and monitor your progress and give you feedback so you will be able to see your own progress.
NUTRITION AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
I will give you help and advice on your diet whether it is for weight loss, weight gain, improved performance or just advice on healthy eating. As well as advising you I will also try to educate on nutrition so you can carry on eating healthily after you have reached your goal and you no longer need my assistance.
EXERCISE FOR THE OLDER PERSON
It is how well recognised that a significant amount of age based deterioration in health may arise from decreasing physical activity rather than advancing years. Don't give in to old age, you are never too old to exercise or improve your level of fitness and mobility. I am trained in exercise for the older person and with my help and your enthusiasm you can improve your quality of life and keep your independence as you get older.
