Time: 9.30am - 12.45pm
Price: £3.00 for as many activities as you wish to take part in.

We are now offering a more diverse range of activities to our 50+ customers.

You may wish to take part all morning or just drop in on your preferred session.

Swimming Pool and Sauna	12.30pm - 1.45pm	General Swimming / relaxation
Gym	9am - 12 noon	Gym Inductions / Assessment available (Please book at reception)

Cafe Food and Drinks

A 25% discount is available to 50+ customers at the café from 10am - 2pm, just show your card that will be issued by the instructor.
