At Atlantis Leisure it is believed that with the right support, encouragement and motivation, members can achieve almost anything.

Our team
Atlantis Leisure recruit and train fitness professionals to deliver the best in personal training, group fitness and gym instruction available to our members. Staff are on hand to ensure that every member not only receives the best possible service, but enjoying their fitness at the same time.

Your fitness
The Atlantis team will help you to develop a structured fitness programme, speeding up your transition to become happier and healthier by offering expert advice on exercise and other lifestyle choices.

Delivering results
Regular assessments and monitoring of exercise routines are offered to ensure every member gets the most out of their programme.  More rapid results can be achieved through the personal training, available on request.

Gym
The team at Atlantis are proud to provide the latest in resistance equipment, cardio equipment and power plates.  Qualified instructors are happy to take you through an induction and assessment to find the right programme for you.  Look out for the monthly challenges to help boost your motivation.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool really has got something for everyone.  The 25 metre pool, depth ranging from 1 metre to 2 metres, has many sessions including our ‘Learn to Swim Programme’, Hydrofit, Aquarun, Lane Swimming, Flume, Over 50’s, Early Birds, Aqua Aerobics, and of course, simply swimming!  Fun for all the family!

Dance Studio
A wide range of classes are offered in our fully air conditioned dance studio including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Tone, Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Conditioning, Circuits, Dance Classes, all led by qualified instructors.

The studio has a beech sprung floor and latest sound system.

Free tours round Atlantis Leisure can be provided, or we can come into your business to talk to you.

5-10 staff = 15% off direct debit or 20% off if paid annually
11-15 staff = 20% off direct debit or 30% off if paid annually
16+ staff = 25% off direct debit or 35% off if paid annually
